  Caroline Clinton is British by nationality but has lived in Spain for over 25 years. For the past 11 of these she has worked closely with the ex-pat community in her role as head of customer care at Ábaco Advisers. She has extensive knowledge of legal and fiscal issues and works closely with the tax and legal departments at Ábaco.

• 
  Suzanne O’Connell originally comes from Bradford, West Yorkshire. She first bought property in Spain in 2001. Since then she has come to live in Spain and understands from her own experiences the frustrations and complexities of the Spanish system. Suzanne works with Caroline in customer care.
